Simply Stampin' Challenge 2

There is a new challenge blog called Simply Stampin' Challenge. Last week there was a sketch to follow and this week the challenge is to use the following colours -

Now these are not normally colours I would choose to use myself. But this is what it is all about to challenge yourself.  So off I went to the cabin and fiddled and faffed and came up with this.

Boy was it a challenge, but I am so happy with the results.  To bling it up I placed our beautiful rhinestones in the centre of the flowers.

Stamp: Just Believe
Card: Wild Wasabi, Bravo Burgundy, Pink Pirouette, Very Vanilla
Ink: Bravo Burgundy
Accessories: 1-1/4" circle punch. Scallop Trim Border, Rhinestones, Subtles Designer Paper stack

Beautiful card, those colours have worked so well with your design, the gems are a perfect finishing touch too.

This is beautiful Carole. That stamp set looks good in the strong burgundy colour. I too found it a challenge to use these colours together but as you say it's good to push ourselves to try new things. Thanks again for joining in with this week's Simply Stampin challenge....x
